This course is dedicated to building a solid foundation for your development and equipping you with tools and techniques to supervise and manage your team effectively and thus contributing to your organisation’s goals.

Jacqueline Klauer is the Managing Director of FUTURE LINK Consulting Pty. Limited based in Canberra, Australia. She is a management consultant, speaker, trainer and author with extensive international experience as both a corporate executive and consultant across numerous business sectors.
