Richard Williams, Professor, University of Wales Swansea
Richard has nearly 40 years of practical experience in the shipping industry and is an acknowledged expert in charterparty negotiations and dispute resolution. He was formerly the chairman of Ince & Co’s dry shipping business group. Richard teaches maritime law at the University of Wales Swansea.
