About the Course
This course is designed for non-lawyers who deal with contractual negotiations, contract disputes, customers, suppliers, business partners and other contracting parties. It will provide an overview of contract law principles and real-world practical issues through legal input sessions, practical workshops, and lessons drawn from actual commercial contracts experience.
This course further enhances the participant’s critical thinking and appreciation of contracts and suggestions for clauses given by business partners and enhances their role as professionals.
