Course Director

Peter Rein is a sugar process consultant with over 30 years experience working on sugar and related projects across the U.S, South America, Africa, Saudi Arabia, India, Thailand, Philippines, Australia, Malaysia and many other countries. He has been in technical, commercial and consulting roles for sugar diversification projects across the world, and has seen projects through from feasibility to fruition.
