Michél Herrmann, CPA (USA and Singapore), Managing Director, Herrmann Consulting Michél has over 13 years of experience in financial reporting and accounting advisory where he specialises in advising multinational companies on complex accounting and tax structures, accounting issues and structuring in the areas of business combinations, revenue recognition, deferred tax and financial instruments. He previously worked for PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) in Germany and Singapore where he was in charge of the accounting advisory business and served clients worldwide.
