Cancellations and refunds for event registration terms
Payment must be received 10 business days prior to the event. To take advantage of discounts with an expiry cut-off date, registration and payment must be received by the cutoff date.
Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. Cancellations must be received in writing at least 10 business days before the start of the event, to receive a refund less 10% processing fee per registration. The company regrets that no refund will be made available for cancellation notifications received less than 10 business days before the event.
Please quote the name of the delegate and event title on the advice when remitting payment. Bank charges are to be deducted from participating organisations own accounts. Please fax your payment details (copy of remittance advice, cheque or draft) to +65 6508 2407. Attendance will only be permitted upon receipt of full payment. Participants wishing to register at the door are responsible to ensure all details are as published. IBC Asia will not be responsible for any event re-scheduled or cancelled. It may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to alter the content and timing of the program and identity of speakers.
Rules and Regulations for IBC Asia Internet World Wide Web Sites
IBC Asia requires that all visitors to our site(s) on the World Wide Web (the “Site”) adhere to the following rules and regulations. By accessing the Site you indicate your acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Limitation of liability

Except as required by law and in accordance with the IBC Asia Internet Privacy Statement, IBC Asia will maintain the confidentiality of all user communications which contain personal user information and which are transmitted directly to IBC Asia. Postings by a user on any message board or in any chat room will not be protected as confidential and IBC Asia may use and provide information contained in any such postings (including any ideas, concepts, know-how or other intellectual property) to any of its parent company, subsidiaries and affiliates for any purpose whatsoever and as deemed appropriate by IBC Asia.
Linked Internet sites
IBC Asia prohibits caching, unauthorised hypertext links to the Site and the framing of any Content available through the Site. IBC Asia reserves the right to disable any unauthorised links or frames and specifically disclaims any responsibility for the Content available on any other Internet sites linked to the Site. Access to any other Internet sites linked to the Site is at the user’s own risk.
Postings [For use in connection with message boards or chat rooms on the Site.]
IBC Asia is under no obligation to review any messages; information or content (“Postings”) posted on the Site by users and assumes no responsibility or liability relating to any such Postings. Notwithstanding the above, IBC Asia may from time to time monitor the Postings on the Site and may decline to accept and/or remove any Postings that contain:

- Messages posted by users impersonating others.

- Messages that offer unauthorised downloads of any copyrighted or private information.
- Multiple messages placed within individual folders by the same user restating the same point.

Transmission of Personal Data

The personal information entered during your registration/order, or provided by you, will be held on a database and may be shared with companies in the Informa Group in the UK and internationally. Sometimes your details may be obtained from or shared with external companies for marketing purposes. Changes to rules and regulations
IBC Asia reserves the right to revise these Rules and Regulations at any time and users are deemed to be apprised of and bound by any changes to these Rules and Regulations.
Violation of rules and regulations
IBC Asia reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Rules and Regulations, including the right to block access from a particular Internet address to the Site.
Access to password protected/secure areas
Access to and use of password protected and/or secure areas of the site is restricted to authorised users only. Unauthorised individuals attempting to access these areas of the Site may be subject to prosecution.
